This collection comprises a 42-page manuscript written by Theodore Stempfel circa 1935 regarding the two German sculptors, Karl Bitter and Rudolf Schwarz, the creators of the Indiana Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument in Indianapolis, Indiana, whom he knew personally. Eberhard Reichmann edited this manuscript for publication in 2002 for publication on the 100th anniversary of the monument's dedication.

The collection includes 11 original, signed linocut (linoleum block) greeting cards made by Wayman Adams, 10 of which are Christmas cards from 1924 to 1933. The last is a New Year's card from 1935. Most of the cards depict, Adams' son, Wayman "Snig" Adams, Jr. The collection also includes a photograph of Wayman Adams and Frank Atkins, shore captain of the schooner Regina, in the doorway of Booth Tarkington’s boat house on the Kennebunk River in Maine.
