Scope and Contents This collection comprises a 42-page manuscript written by Theodore Stempfel circa 1935 regarding the two German sculptors, Karl Bitter and Rudolf Schwarz, the creators of the Indiana Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument in Indianapolis, Indiana, whom he knew personally.
