Scope and Contents This collection contains transcripts of oral history interviews with residents of Irvington, once a town in Marion County, and now a neighborhood in Indianapolis, Indiana, ranging from 1978 to 1987. The interviews were conducted primarily by Lois Leamon and others for Indianapolis Public Library, Hilton U. Brown Branch's Irvington Oral History Project. The transcripts include historical information about the town-cum-neighborhood and the people who lived there.

Scope and Contents This collection includes a bound volume of the Indianapolis Sketching Club's original and revised consitution, membership roll calls and meeting minutes ranging from 1893-1900. Minutes were written by the following secreteries of the club: Selma Neubacher (Steele), Nellie Wells, Rhoda Selleck, Sarah B. Keehn, Edith Williams, Jessie E. Daggett, Sarah D. Mayo, Hettie Adams and Mary Elizabeth Snyder.

Scope and Contents "Impressions" by Mary E. Steele is a travelogue of her experiences living in Europe with her husband, T. C. Steele, while he studied art in Munich. Scope and Contents This collection includes a one-page handwritten letter sent by Mary H. Vawter of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana to Miss Mary E. Schell of the Indiana State Library.
