Bingham McHale LLP collection
Scope and Contents This collection includes materials about the law firm of Bingham McHale, formerly Bingham, Summers Welsh and Spilman, in Indianapolis, Indiana, from 1912 to 2011. Much of the information regards Governor Matthew E. Welsh, who was a partner in the firm. This includes the tribute dinner given to him by Vincennes University in 1993 and a speech of his reminiscences. Claude M. Gary Public Library oral histories
Scope and Contents The collection contains transcripts of interviews and audio recordings from the Gary Public Library about the early days of Gary, Indiana ranging from 1955 to 1970. Eight of the folders contain items that were part of a series titled "Gary Public Library presents Living Voices of the Pinoeers," many of which were broadcast on the radio for the Gary "Golden Jubliee" in 1956. There is also a recording from a Lion Club of Gary banquet in honor of Al Greene.

Scope and Contents One letter dated January 3, 1942 is the only item in this collection. The letterhead is for Kenneth R. Shaffer, Order Librarian, Indiana State Library, Indianapolis.
