The records include meeting minutes from February 1844 to June 1851, lists of the number of children between the ages of 5 and 21 in the school district in 1844, 1849, 1850 and 1851, and a list of voters in the district in 1849. The record book was later used to record the sale of stamps, paper, and envelopes in October 1865.

These records give information of member attendance and details about the meeting’s programming. The remainder of the collection are the programs for the Clio Club meetings from 1888 to 1935. These give information on when and where the club will meet, as well as who will be presenting what topics at the meeting.
