Scope and Contents This collection includes a record book of Joseph G.M. Officer containing entries ranging from 1885 to 1957. It was first used to record the Volga Literary and Debating Society meeting minutes (1885-1889) and then was used by Officer to record marriages and deaths of his previous students and fellow teachers.
