This collection consists of seven weather diaries kept by Dr. Robert G. Graydon ranging from 1855 to 1898. Every entry includes the daily temperature which Dr. Graydon took three times every day, morning, midday, and evening. Many of the entries include the wind direction, appearance of the sky, and notations regarding precipitation. The majority of the entries are for Southport, Indiana, with a few months of entries for Greenwood, Indiana and Tyler, Texas
