Wiley and sent in response to an inquiry printed in Kate Milner Rabb's Indianapolis Star newspaper column, "A Hoosier Listening Post." The information requested was in regards to spinning on the "big wheel" and Mr. Wiley shared some of his recollections of the process. His letter was printed in Rabb's column on August 30, 1936.
