This single typed paper gives articles 1-8 of the Constitution for the Indiana Library Trustees' Association. Only ten members were needed to constitute a quorum. The Constitution could be amended by two-thirds vote of the members in attendance at any regular meeting. No individuals are named as having drafted the document.
