This single typed paper gives articles 1-8 of the Constitution for the Indiana Library Trustees' Association. Only ten members were needed to constitute a quorum. The Constitution could be amended by two-thirds vote of the members in attendance at any regular meeting. No individuals are named as having drafted the document.

The date on which the Indiana Library Trustees' Association was formed is not apparent from this single piece of paper. Articles 3 and 5 of the Constitution were amended in 1915. Article 5 states that the Association will meet annually.
