Scope and Contents This collection includes a typewritten copy of "Tribute to the Grand Army of the Republic," an address given by Maude L. Rumpler at the presentation of a memorial plaque to the Indiana Soldiers and Sailors Monument by the National Auxiliary to the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War on August 28, 1949.
