Scope and Contents This collection contains one scrapbook containing items collected during 1943 by Caroline Furbay. Items included are newspaper clippings, programs, letters, poems, and an essay. The clippings and programs document musical performances, awards received, organizations she belonged to, and her high school graduation. The essay was written about Marion General Hospital and hospital services to African-Americans.

Scope and Contents This collection includes correspondence ranging from 1876 to 1884 that was sent by Indiana businesses to the Elmira Nobles Manufacturing Company and later to Gillett and Company regarding order requests, payments, and complaints. The correspondents were hardware dealers and other businesses from Indianapolis, Union City, Marion, Frederick, Terre Haute, Logansport, South Bend, Jeffersonville, Goshen, Madison, Perrysville, and Richmond.

Scope and Contents Three hotel advertising cards are mounted on cardboard, three-hole-punched page, of which there are eleven. All of the cards have drawings of the hotel which is advertised. Most of the cards are 2 1/2" high and 6" wide. The oldest one is 1894 (St. Nicholas Hotel, Decatur, Ill.) and the newest are 1917 (The Samer, Salina, Kansas, and The Lee-Huckins Hotel, Oklahoma City, Okla.).
