The indenture to the sale of a lot in Washington, Indiana to become the first Presbyterian church in 1830. It consists of the sworn signatures of Arthur Henrie, Lewis Howell, Reuben Perkins, and Reverend Ransom Hawley of the purchase. It also states the sale transfer for the sum of one dollar.
