Scope and Contents This collection includes the July 16, 1999 agreement between Governor Frank O'Bannon and Governor Fumio Watanabe in English and Japanese as well as a handmade wooden box by artist, Osamu Watanabe, possibly created during 1998-1999. Osamu attended the Tochigi Prefectural School of Ceramics in Mashiko and later established a studio in New York City during 1978.
