Stallsworth who lived near Lexington, Indiana; an undated advertisement for "Valley City Phosphate" fertilizer by the Madison Fertilizer and Glue Works; and an undated advertisement for Samuel E. Brewer, Printer, Book Binder, and Stationer of Madison. All items along with a small sheet of paper have miscellaneous calculations written on them.
