Scope and Contents This collection consists of a framed Taiwanese flag with text and the U.S. Army Finance School crest given to the State of Indiana by Major General S. Y. Wang, class commander in the Republic of China's army, on September 28, 1959 "for the courtesies extended to the Special Chinese Armed Forces Financial Management Class" of the U.S. Army Finance School at Fort Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis, Indiana.
