Scope and Contents This collection includes two typewritten copies of "History of the Decatur Township School System," a paper read by Edwin S. Mills, chairman of the Decatur Township Advisory Board, on the occasion of the laying of the cornerstone of Decatur Central School on November 25, 1931. A copy of the history was placed in the cornerstone along with other mementos as part of the ceremony.
