Scope and Contents This collection includes illustrations of Daniel Boone, Fort Boonesborough, Ky., and the Boone family homestead in Exeter Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania sketched by Dr. R. N. Mayfield of Seattle, Washington (circa 1930s). The collection also contains a clipping of a portrait of Boone from Pageant of Kentucky’s Historic Past by M.T. Lafferty (1924).
