This collection includes a photocopy of a December 26, 1907 letter sent to E. C. Hughes of Charlestown, Indiana from J. B. Lewman on Mutual Construction Co. (Louisville, Ky.) letterhead. Lewman is presumed to be John Burel Lewman, Edward Hughes’ cousin. The letter discusses business dealings and finances and mentions the location of Eastman and Hamilton. Lewman also mentions "Winnie," most likely his brother Winn Clare “Winnie” Lewman.
