Scope and Contents This collection includes photostatic copies of an account book containing entries ranging from 1845 to 1851. The account book may have been used by Daniel McElrath, a resident of Sligo in West Township. There are a few entries added in 1863 by a Miss Beatrix C. McElrath. The "C. Crocker" entered in the book is possibly Charles Crocker, an American railroad executive who owned a forge in the Sligo area in the 1840s.
