Scope and Contents This collection includes a soft-cover composition book used by Beatrice White to compile various songs and hymns starting in 1902. Along with the 31 handwritten copies of songs, the book also has a clipping of a January 21, 1917 article from the Indianapolis Star about Sarah Flowers Adams and her famous hymn, "Nearer, My God, to Thee."
