Scope and Contents This collection includes photocopies of Watson N. Clark's diaries and other writings that range from 1870 to 1890. The diaries cover the years 1870-1872, 1881, 1885-1887, and 1889 and consist primarily of the daily life of Clark, his family, and his neighbors. Clark also used pocket diaries to record his family history, his involvement with the Christian faith, and as a "book of reference" to record items that he thought were interesting about religious topics.
