Historical Note
Joint bookmobile service for Perry and Spencer counties in Indiana began about 1963. The bookmobile headquarters were located in Tell City and Cannelton and a project of the Grandview and Rockport libraries. The bookmobile made several stops around the counties, including Eureka, Hatfield, Mulzer Camp, Hatfiled-Winchell subdivision, Mt. Pleasant, Lawson's Service Station, and Evanston.
