This collection includes class and group photographs from school teachers Phillip and Carolyn White in Marion County and Warren County, Indiana ranging from 1964 to 1994 regarding the 6th grade basketball team, traffic guards, and faculty at Abraham Lincoln School (Marion County) in 1964 and their 5th grade classes at Warren Central Elementary School (Warren County) from 1971 to 1994.

Biographical / Historical

Husband and wife Phillip "Phil" and Carolyn I. (Cates) White were school teachers who taught 5th grade together at Warren Central Elementary School in West Lebanon, Indiana from 1970 to 1995. The couple married in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 17, 1962, where they lived and taught for a time before moving to Carolyn's hometown, Kingman, Indiana, then to West Lebanon, Warren County, Indiana, and finally to nearby rural Williamsport, where Carolyn died on December 11, 2007.
