Biographical / Historical

Bethel Church in Clark Township, Montgomery County, Indiana, was founded in 1859 by members of the Christian Church who wanted a church located closer to their homes. The church met for 10 years in a school house, then built a building of their own. Bethel Church closed in 1922.
