Biographical Note

James Greene was born in 1810 in Conneticut. He married Mary B. McCullaugh in Tennessee on April 7, 1842, and they had three sons, Scott, Davis and Thomas. He worked as an insurance agent in Indianapolis, Indianapolis. He died in 1893 and is buried in Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
