From the Collection: This collection includes a variety of published recipes and cookbooks books, many of which double as trade catalogs and advertisements for cooking products or appliances, from various publishing and manufacturing companies in the United States ranging from 1867 to 1935 and undated.

There are also seven newspaper clippings with recipes from Hoosier women, including Mrs. Cora Deer (Franklin, Indiana), Mrs. Leonia Burgan (Peru, Indiana), Mrs. W. Bert Denison, Hattie Brown (Bainbridge, Indiana), Esta Holmes (Medora, Indiana), Mrs. John A. Harvey (Attica, Indiana), Mrs. W. D. Cross (Lebanon, Indiana), Mrs. Edna Dresslar (Franklin, Indiana), Miss Bessie Kopp (Corydon, Indiana), Coralie M. Deer (Franklin, Indiana), and Miss Nettie Lester (Mulberry, Indiana).
