Scope and Contents This collection contains pages from a scrapbook used by Charles F. Fleming to hold material related to his work with the Labor Legislative Council of Lake County and Vicinity, an organization established to oppose a petition by Standard Oil Company to build a pipeline from Whiting, Indiana to Indianaolis.
