Scope and Contents This collection includes one original cartoon entitled "Locked!" from Rube Goldberg to John C. Rugenstein that possibly appeared in the Indianapolis News. The cartoon is dated February 3, 1943 and April 1943. It depicts Adolph Hitler trying to open a door marked "Exit to Turkey" which is locked by the "Churchill Agreement".
