Scope and Contents This collection contains a portfolio created by Ralph Roessler entitled, "A Documentary and Autobiographic Record of a Kiwanis Dream and a Seventy Million Dollar Reality, 1939-1968." The portfolio was created in recognition of the 50th anniversary of the Marion, Indiana Kiwanis Club and includes Roessler's written account describing the events that helped establish the Indiana Flood Control & Water Resources Commission and the eventual construction of the Mississinewa Reservoir. Scope and Contents This collection includes reports, maps, photographs and correspondence from Ralph Roessler in Indiana ranging from 1913 to 1975, regarding the planning and development of flood control projects for the upper Wabash River Basin. Ralph Roessler's correspondence on behalf of the Wabash River Valley Association, his personal correspondence, papers, and awards are also included.
