The collection also includes two pocket-size ledgers (V085) used by William and Ruth Holiman from 1901 to 1911 to record personal expenses.

This collection includes Wilma Usrey's records regarding District 7 and District 5 of the Indiana Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs. Ranging from 1983 to 2003, the collection includes meeting minutes, budgets, bylaws, membership reports, spring meeting programs, essay contest entries, and young careerist applicant photographs and entry forms. The record notebooks were left as Mrs. Usrey had organized them. The collection also has a full size, handmade District 7 flag.

This collection includes a scrapbook, an envelope of cancelled checks, and six handwritten notes from a local union of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU) in Thorntown, Indiaan, ranging from 1885 to 1892. The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings related to the temperance movement as well as handwritten minutes for various meetings held by the WCTU. The notes relate to insurance payments to the fire company as well as lists of different office expenses.
