Scope and Contents This collection includes a Christmas card sent to Lois Stombaugh by her older brother Richard Stombaugh while he was serving in the U.S. Army in France during World War II. The card includes an image of a soldier in uniform sitting with a boy and a girl and "MERRY XMAS 1944" printed at the top. Richard's handwritten note to Lois is on the reverse side and dated December 8, 1944.
