This collection contains mainly original correspondences of Raymond E. Willis including his campaigns for senator in 1938, 1940, and 1946 and his years as a senator. It contains mostly political correspondences dealing with the Republican Party and Indiana politics. Also included here are Willis’s voting records from 1941 to 1944 and a scrapbook compiled about his 1940 opponent Senator Sherman Minton. The materials are in chronological order.
