Scope and Contents This collection contains a copy of a circa 1929 pamphlet containing Ross Alley's poem, "Childhood's Home" and his portait. "Ross Alley, Pioneer Poet and Editor, Ripley County, Indiana, Born April 5, 1834, Died Sept. 8, 1854" is printed on the front of the bifold pamphlet and "Greetings from Mrs. Emma King-Benham, Ross Alley Biographer" is handwritten below the poem on the inside page.
