This collection contains photostatic copies of a contract between William Myers of Decatur County, Indiana and David Pigg regarding a six-month farm labor contract (March 30, 1846) and a letter written by Lazena Lambert from Clermont, Indiana to her brother, Henry, relating information about village life, a singing school, and her upcoming marriage to Dr. J. P. Graham (October 21, 1852).

This collection consists of correspondence, diaries, and business papers of the Lambert, Miller, and White family ranging from 1824 to 1968.
