Scope and Contents This collection comprises a transcription of an account book from Gibson Teas in Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana rainging from 1853 to 1856, regarding the activities and correspondence of his business of broom and wood tool manufacturing. The account book was transcribed by R. A. Stubbs of Long Lake, Minnesota.

Scope and Contents This collection is one brown leather-bound account book. Written in ink on the front cover is the following: "H. H. Clark, Cash, Memmorandum, Hitchcock Station, C. R. R., Sept. 27, 1861." Most of the entries are in ink with an x over many which are marked "paid." Entries toward the back are in pencil. Each entry gives a date, a person's name, and the list of purchases with their cost.
