Daily, Auditor of the State, in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 21, 1899, regarding the employment and firing of H.H. Husted, who stole postage stamps from the company. Included is a typed copy of E. F. Phelps's affidavit about Husted's theft of company property and malicious false statements about the association after he was dismissed.
