The photocopies are foldered and are organized in the same fashion as the bound transcriptions. The registers included are baptisms, confirmed, marriages, and burials.

Scope and Contents This collection includes photocopied pages from the Violett House Hotel register. They list hotel guests from August 4, 1866 through January 1, 1867. Each registrant recorded his/her name, residence, and destination. The signatures and other information are legible. None of the pages are numbered, but dates are given for each new day.
