Scope and Contents This is a xerox copy of the small diary handwritten by William Tasker in 1865, during and after his service in the Civil War. Although someone has numbered the photocopies, they do not go in order of the dates, because page 21 has an entry for November 23, 1864, whereas page 3 has the date January 26, 1865.
