Osgood, including the Buskirk Farm and Owen, Floyd and Monroe counties; insurance certificates, day and account books from the Osgood physician practice ranging from 1858 to 1912.

Scope and Contents This collection includes an account book used by Dr. Levi Gustin of Indianapolis, Indiana. Ranging from 1859 to 1864, entries include patient name, date of treatment, condition treated and the amount charged. The book was also used as a scrapbook to hold various recipes that were clipped from newspapers and pasted onto the pages.
