Scope and Contents This two-page, typed paper was an address given on May 6, 1936, at the Tri-State Hospital Meeting, Hotel Sherman, Chicago, commemorating the 15th anniversary of the founding of the Indiana Hospital Association. Dr. William M. Reser delivered the speech, which concerned the founding of the association. The tri-state region included Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

The 1917 bill to legalize the showing of motion pictures on Sundays thoughout Indiana was signed by Governor Goodrich on March 8, but then withdrawn by him and vetoed the following day after he learned that an amendment requiring that movies not be shown until after 2:00 p.m. had been removed from the bill.
