Scope and Contents This collection consists of a "Blank Book" manufactured by the William B. Burford Company of Indianapolis, Indiana and used by C. Earl Suffrins starting on February 7, 1905 to record the books that he had read by a number of authors. Much of the volume is empty, but in the back there are several handwritten pages of notes written by his father, Charles A. Suffrin, about his "Life Story."
