This typed manuscript has 61 pages copied from the books kept by Irvin Stratton, the first Superintendent of Schools in Wabash County, from 1873-1875, with summaries done in 1879-1880. Mr. Stratton wrote the location of the school, the teacher, the number of pupils, and his observations.
