This is a typed list of the books and articles Wendell wrote as well as edited. He wrote six books, mostly about the history of the Old South. He served as editor for historical journals and reviews. Mr. Stephenson contributed articles to the Dictionary of American Biography and the Dictionary of American History. He wrote many book reviews and appraised books in review articles.
