Scope and Contents This collection contains a transcript of an oral history tape made with Rosemary Dilley, Hilton U. Brown Branch, Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library on August 12, 1981. Boggy taught and was the Principal at Anna Pearl Hamilton School 77 in Irvington from 1947 to 1967. In 1947, School 77 was a four room temporary building erected in 1932. Kitzinger as qualified to teach a common school in Dubois County, Indiana. The collection also includes a February, 1934 typed summary of Mr. Kitzinger's teaching record (1851-1864) written by his grandson, Robert E. Eckert, and based on information found in John T. Melchior's 1933 history of early pioneers in and around Jasper, Indiana.
