Scope and Contents This collection contains a transcript of an oral history tape made with Lois Leamon for the Irvington Oral History Project on November 15, 1979. Daniels discussed growing up around Butler College when it was in the Irvington Neighborhood. He also discusses, The Bona Thompson Library on the Butler College campus, and his musical education at the Metropolitan School of Music in Indianapolis.
Scope and Contents The scrapbooks in the collection contain a wide of variety of clippings regarding family, friends, articles regarding women’s suffrage, women’s clubs, World War I, the League of Nations, Irvington, with several articles written by Clarke. There are also pamphlets, cards, ribbons, photos, etc. included in the scrapbooks.

Also included is a list of speakers who addressed the club, including, but not limited to, Henry Van Dyke, Thomas Wentworth Higginson, Woodrow Wilson, William Butler Yeats, Edward Cummings, and Thomas Daly.
Scope and Contents This collection has minutes, photographs, newspaper clippings, and histories of the literary club named for Katharine Merrill Graydon, granddaughter of Samuel Merrill, the first treasurer of the State of Indiana.
