Scope and Contents This collection contains a handwritten letter pertaining to the lineage of Jacob Myers and Lucy Corbin Myers of Bath County, Kentucky. It also contains three Quit Claim Deeds prepared for Daniel and Elizabeth Myers, Benjamin and Barbary (?) Myers, and John Fox Senior and Vancy (?) Fox. All deeds pertain to land located in Marion County, Indiana that was previously held by Isaac Myers.

Scope and Contents The collection primarily consists of Wallace’s military papers from September 1862, relating to the defense of Cincinnati and northern Kentucky. Lewis C. Robards collection

Scope and Contents This collection includes a breach of contract lawsuit filed by Lewis C. Robards against George M. Clarke in Fayette County, Kentucky on March 15, 1849. Drawn up by Harrison & Hunt, the lawsuit alleged that Clarke knowingly sold Robards a slave that was not of sound body. The legal document has additional notations regarding costs dated March and September 1850. The collection also includes the original August 19, 1848 bill of sale signed by Clarke.
