Scope and Contents This collection includes Volunteer Descriptive Lists and Account of Pay and Clothing forms for volunteers enlisted in the 50th, 83rd, 93rd, 97th or 100th Indiana Regiment. The majority of forms are for the 97th regiment. The forms include information on the volunteers name, rank, unit, hometown, occupation, physical description, muster information, pay information and clothing allotment.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of photocopies of letters and other documents relating to the transfer of the monument of the 84th Indiana located 1 ½ mile east of McAfee Church, in Catoosa County, Georgia, to the spot at the Chickamauga Park, which the Regiment occupied on September 19, 1863. Attached to the April 22, 1910 letter from the Engineer of the Park is a copy of the War Department rules about monuments in the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Park. Scope and Contents This collection includes the handwritten "Reminiscences of Army Life" by Addison Sleeth. His 173-page memoir begins with his enlistment in Company G, 52 Indiana Volunteer Regiment on October 28, 1861 and continues through to his mustering out on September 10, 1865 at Montgomery, Alabama and his trip home.
