Biographical / Historical

Edith Silver was born November 11, 1896, to Loury J. and Fay Hessong Silver in Zionsville, Indiana. She attended Butler College and Ripon College studying mathamatics and physics. Silver taught math at Arsenal Tech High School in Indianapolis from 1921 to 1962. Edith Silver died June 6, 1985, in Indianapolis.
