Biographical / Historical
Alma Avinell Chattin was born in Washington, Indiana, on October 28, 1906, to Bertie and Nellie (Blair) Chattin. She was the oldest of four children. She married Howard V. Lindbergh in Carson City, Nevada, on May 5, 1937. They had one daughter, Sherry. Alma Chattin died September 18, 1996, in Contra Costa, California.
